Root2Growth - Rooted in the Community
Root2Growth isn't an online-only service or a faceless national firm. We are here, in your community, with a real office on a real street where the door is always open. We believe that great accountancy is built on genuine relationships, and genuine relationships start with being present. Whether you run a local business, work for yourself, or simply need a trusted hand with your personal finances, you will find us approachable, affordable, and ready to help.

A door that's always open
Our office sits at the heart of the local community and we are proud of that. You do not need an appointment to come and say hello.
Walk-ins are always welcome, because we know that sometimes a quick face to face conversation is worth more than a string of emails.
We have deliberately kept our services affordable and accessible, because we believe that good financial advice should not be the preserve of large companies with big budgets. Sole traders, small business owners, families and individuals all deserve the same level of care and expertise that medium and large businesses demand, and that is exactly what our team delivers.
Every member of the Root2Growth team is chosen not just for their knowledge but for their character. We are empathetic, patient people who take the time to understand your situation before we say a word about numbers.
Growing careers, not just businesses
One of the things we are most proud of at Root2Growth is our commitment to bringing young people into the profession. We actively recruit apprentices from the local area, giving them a real job, real responsibility, and a real future in accountancy and finance.
An apprenticeship with Root2Growth is not a short-term placement or a box-ticking exercise. We invest in our apprentices properly, supporting them through their studies, mentoring them in practice, and giving them the kind of hands-on experience that builds a career for life. Some will go on to grow with Root2Growth as the business grows. Others will take the skills and confidence they have built here and go on to thrive elsewhere. Either way, we consider that a success.
Our community gives us a great deal, and investing in its young people is one of the most meaningful ways we can give something back.
